A Cameroonian Delegation led by the Minister of External Relations, H.E. Mbella Mbella, has joined representatives of other Member States, to mark the 60th anniversary of the first Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), in Belgrade, Serbia, from 11 to 12 October 2021.
Within this framework, H.E. Mbella Mbella participated in the Opening Ceremony and Plenary Session of the High-Level Commemorative Meeting, on 11 October 2021, and on 12 October, he delivered a speech during the high-level plenary. His speech, acclaiming accruing achievements of the NAM in the course of the last 60 years, also situated the socio-political context in Cameroon, in light of the crisis in the North West and South West Regions, and the measures put in place by the Government, to afford lasting peace.
