The Francophonie Organization A State associated with the Cultural and Technical Cooperation Agency (ACCT) since 1975 and which became a full member of the large French-speaking family since 19 November 1991 during the 4th Heads of State and Government Summit in Chaillot (France), Cameroon has multifaceted relations with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) in the political, economic, cultural and technical fields.
